Appointments requested through the website are a request and are subject to confirmation by Status Studio. We will confirm using the contact details you provide, so please make sure they are accurate and current.

Full payment for your selected service is taken at the time of booking and processed securely by our payment provider, Square. We never see or store your full card details.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are refunded in full to the original card. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

If Status Studio cancels your appointment, you are refunded in full. Arriving late may be treated as a no-show at our discretion.

Prices are shown in USD and may change from time to time. The price shown when you book — including any add-ons you select — is the price you pay.

• Arrive on time for your appointment.
• Let us know in advance of any allergies, sensitivities or relevant health information.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule or end a service where reasonably necessary — including for inappropriate conduct, or for health and safety reasons.

The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to keep information — services, prices, hours and availability — accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is always error-free.

All content on this website — including the Status Studio name, logo, text and images — belongs to Status Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Status Studio is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
